Club News:
We now have 141 deviations up, and between them they've had over 20,000 views, so if you've got any works of art that you want to share with like-minded people then just send a note to the Admin and you too could be basking in some of this attention.

Also note the Admin if you've got any ideas or suggestions for the club.

The club has gained what will hopefully be it's permanent avatar/icon. It was designed by Ravenson, who may also be available for designing them for other people on request (he also did club member Bexai's current icon, as well as his own).

We've also now got 206 members, which beats the level of membership the old club enjoyed, plus 8 affiliated clubs. If you know of anyone who you think would be interested in this club, or you visit someone's page who you think would be interested, then leave them a comment and invite them to visit us. Your club needs you!

Finally, can all members add this club's journal to their watch list so that it appears in their messages - sending notes to all club members at once doesn't seem to work, so the journal is the most reliable way to send out club info at the moment. If anyone has any better ideas we'd love to hear them! Thanks

Welcome!

This is a new club, that hopes to replace the now defunct Fishnet Fetish club. It is intended to serve the same members, should they still be interested in joining, and will in time add new members to its ranks.

Just a few points to note before we begin...

Club Rules:

1. In line will DA's policy on groups we will not be adding anyone's works to our favourites list. This is considered an abuse of the favourites system (by artificially inflating members' favourites count), and we don't want to be banned for something like that.

2. If you want to join the group, please send us a note and the administrator will add your name to our DevWatch. If you can, please also add this group to your own Watch list in return, and display the group's icon in your friends list. This way we can open up the potential membership of the group to anyone who visits your page. Simply adding the club to your devwatch will not automatically make you a member, as we have many more watchers than people who've asked to be members. Please use the notes system.

3. We accept any artworks that are on or around the theme of fishnet. We're trying to keep quite a high quality of works on here though, so please make sure you're happy with the standard of whatever you suggest for submission (e.g. fully finished works only please).

4. To submit a work you must be the copyright holder (if you want to suggest someone else's work let us know what it is is the usual way, and we'll contact the copyright holder to see if they want it featuring on here).

5. Submissions should be sent in a note to the administrator, with a link to the full deviation in your Gallery. By submitting a work to be featured here you are accepting that we will take a copy of the work and upload it for display on the group's page. This is the only use to which we will put your work.

6. Your work will remain in the club's Gallery unless you send a note to the administrator asking for it to be removed. If we're informed your work has violated someone else's copyright we'll remove it instantly (sorry, but only legitimate artworks are wanted).

7. Artworks in our Gallery will have comments disabled, and will feature a link to the artist's DA page. Please add comments and favourites via the artist's own page, not the club's page. Due to the time it takes to contact every single person who adds one of the artworks posted on the club page to their favourites, the Admin will no longer be able to do this on artists' behalf. Therefore, could all artists who have works posted please keep an eye on who is adding their works to their favourites from here, and get in touch redirecting such people to the original artwork. Thanks.

8. Any member may vote for the month's Featured Deviation. Simply note the administrator with your vote, and the one with the most will be Featured Deviation for the coming calendar month. No votes means the last month's Featured Deviation will remain for the coming month.

9. We will not allow artworks on the group page to be used on DeviantMobile. This is so that artists can choose whether or not to take part in that on their own page.

So, with all that said, bring on the artwork!
